Noble House is a highly motivated tight-knit team of property professionals that consistently delivers.

Frank Montanaro—Managing Director

Who we are

Noble House Properties was established in 1992 with the aim of purchasing and refurbishing run-down residential properties in central and north London. From there we branched out by acquiring brownfield and commercial sites, successfully applying for change of use in order to transform them into prime commercial and residential schemes.

As the company developed, our interests have become increasingly diverse. We have undertaken many new-build projects, several of which have been joint ventures with housing associations, as well as with prestigious national and international architects, developers and construction companies. Meanwhile, our directors continue to draw on their unrivalled local knowledge to select and acquire properties in Islington and surrounding areas for refurbishment and conversion.

Our lean, flexible structure, together with our passion for property, means that we can move quickly and think creatively in order to get projects off the ground. Over the years, we’ve built a solid track record for creating high calibre schemes and we’re delighted that a number of our developments have won prestigious industry awards in recognition of their quality and design.

However, in 1989/90 the residential property market crashed and Frank decided to take his career in a new direction and became a property developer. After a couple of years working independently, he formed Noble House Properties in 1992 with his good friend Russell Kilikita. Under Frank’s leadership, the company has grown to become one of the area’s most successful and highly regarded property companies.
